Printed Pens

Forgotten to order in time for that trade show or conference just 7 days away? A printed pens order can be turned around in 3 – 5 days but the important points to remember in are these: artwork must be useable, i.e. in editable EPS format with text saved as curves, and the 3 day count down begins with the customer’s artwork proof approval. If artwork is not in that format we cannot print from it and time and money must be spent to correct the situation. Far too often the customer thinks that his or her responsibility for getting the order out in time is finished when they send us the purchase order so stressing the importance of that artwork format and sign off is really important. The other factor to remember is that date of delivery is dependent on the carriers, once the printed pen has left the factory we are not responsible for delivery date. It always helps to make sure that the customer has given us the correct post code address details and contact telephone numbers for the carrier’s information.
